My Journey
With over two decades of hands-on experience in building products, managing teams, and leading high-impact initiatives, my approach to career mentorship is deeply rooted in real-world business operations and my own experience of receiving extensive coaching and mentoring through the years.
I’ve had the privilege of building and launching successful AI, ML, and data-driven solutions for both B2B and B2C markets, working across industries from technology to education to logistics. My professional path has been defined by a drive to not only solve complex challenges but to help individuals and organizations discover their potential through technology, strategy, and human insight.
My career has focused on the art and science of understanding complex markets, identifying the right product-market fit, and driving successful outcomes. Through EffectvMentor, I blend this operational experience with a passion for helping others unlock their potential. Today, I apply the same principles in mentoring professionals: I help individuals identify the “market” for their unique strengths, align their skills with the right opportunities, and develop strategies to stand out in competitive environments.
